Fish slayers

Here are the kids cleaning the fish. big sis showing off part of a fish heart. she enjoys collecting fish hearts. kinda weird but she like to do it.

Ice fishers

Here we are fishing at Jewel Lake.

As far as i can tell we caught the most fish out of every one fishing
the trick is to call the fish to the hooks by whistling an old fishing song. the oldest was learning the ropes.
Bob was with us and was worried that the kids would out fish him.
The ice was only 14 inches thick. a guy with a power auger came and saved us from using the hand auger.
we caught ten trout. The boy is using my patented fish caller. jus kiddin i built a scope to look into the water that didn't work that well.
